Video Analysis

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Inn4y2XHf6w

The video we had filmed and edited had a range of different edits and lighting to make the concept as high quality as possible. for instance, i used the 180 rule when the characters were in conversation, the reason being is that i wanted to show the full aspect of the scene and environment when the characters spoke so the audience could feel the suspense in tension in the scene but also shots as the 'over head shoulder' and straight line added a bit more depth in the quality to make the scene look more efficient and accurate.

Another good point, is that the use of POV in the corridor was a very good effect to make the audience feel engaged in the scene but also make them feel as if they are in it due the uses of first person makes them see from the characters perspective and see how it is in their footsteps which creates a huge tension in the scene to make it better.

Adding on from this point, the use of low key lighting on the other character when turning around to introduce himself, creates a atmosphere of tension and suspense as the the use of the low key lighting creating a shadow on his face makes the audience more eager and excited to see who the character is making the audience more involved and excited about the scene.
