Production Title: Double Scraps

Brief: A 16 year old teenager called Mathew AKA Looney, who lives in an Estate with his mum. He goes to a private He walks out the door, and as soon as he slams the door behind him, hip hop music starts (non- Diegetic). The music starts. He gets changed into a black tracksuit, and His image completely changes.

Aim: to attract our target audience and show them how young black teenager boys are stereotyped to be in our society but also to show them how they can make something out of it instead of messing about in the streets.

Description of your intentions: Our intentions for this production is to attract our target audience and portray the young black teenager boys that are stereotyped in this generation to be trouble makers and criminals, but also show how not all boys are negative and can make something out of nothing, this is also to show people that being stereotypical is very negative as you shouldn’t just a book by its cover but give time to judge someone and get to know them before they make an opinion.

Target Audience: target audience for our teen drama are 15-19 year olds (both males and females) young generation how certain ethnicity's are Portrayed in the media. Similar Products: Shows such as Topboy are very similar to this production, as they both use the concept of displaying the stereotype of young black teenage boys, and how they are influenced by crime which is very similar to our production.
